The story of the cruising line Impression by Elan started in 2004 when first of this exciting range - the Impression 434 - was launched. This yacht propelled Elan into the world cruising market with what in this sector was a totally fresh and different approach, with a real spaciousness enhancing the outstandingly comfortable and luxurious attributes of the boat. But the story didn’t end with just a revolution in accommodation – the Impression 434 fulfilled another part of her requirements by delivering an excellent sailing experience, often showing her transom to competitors who patently could neither compare in comfort or performance.

Now, after six years of outstanding sales results, it is time for the next step. The new Impression 444 builds on the Impression 434’s unique heritage while compromising none of her strengths, not with just a new face but much more besides. This yacht reflects contemporary design with straight, clean lines, with new hull and deck windows which will allow a brighter and more friendly interior spirit. New entertainment and safety equipment will assure an enjoyable and safe stay at sea while the spacious sunbathing deck extending from the transom will offer easy access to the water and new undiscovered sea adventures. When designing this vessel we put ourselves in the position of the sailor rather than the manufacturer, resulting in several add-ons like the optional installation of solar panels. The interior of the yacht has also been reviewed with fresh, contemporary eyes, resulting in modern and clean lines designed for effective use both under sail and quietly at anchor.
