FAQ

1. CAN YOU HELP ME TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT TYPE OF BOAT FOR ME?

First of all the choice of a vessel depends on your preferences. In our offer, you will find sailing yachts, catamarans and motor boats. Sailing yachts are an excellent choice for active sailors as well for family vacation. Catamarans are more comfortable and very stable. Motorboats are a great choice for one in need of action and speed. When you are planning to take the charter, please keep in mind how many people will be on board, how many people can share the same cabin, do you have an exact date for chartering a boat, do you need a skipper… These informations are very important to us when we are planning your proposal.

2. WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE OF THE BOAT COVER?

All vessels in charter have the insurance. They have compulsory liability and voluntary liability insurance which covers liability for collision, impact, toward persons who are not on a board the vessel, liability toward passengers, spillage or dumping of oil. If you are paying a security deposit in cash, the money will be returned to you after you return at the base. If you are paying it by your credit card, a certain amount will be reserved on your credit card and upon arrival in case there was no damage reservation will be removed. If you decide to pay damage Waiver (usually 5 % of your rental price) it will be only partially returned to whether you had damage or not.
